June 7, 2017Rudy A. Ciccotti Family Recreation Center Program Back by Popular Demand
Learn the proper preparation and presentation of a variety of international foods. Your child will learn about food from these countries, as well as the culture, traditions, and customs. Family & Consumer Sciences Teacher, Karen DeSorbo, will teach participants how to make tasty meals from African, Middle Eastern, Italian, and European cuisine.
Dates of the camp are Monday, July 10 – Thursday, July 13 from 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. at Shaker High School. Enrollment is open to children in grades 5 -8 and is $150 (includes all cooking supplies).
