Vito’s Italian Café is a family-owned Italian restaurant located at 501 New Karner Road in the Rosewood Plaza. The Chamber, along with local officials, friends and family, celebrated the grand opening of the restaurant on November 9. Chef Vito Amato learned his craft the best way possible: Growing up in a family of Sicilian chefs. Ashely Aquilo is an artistically-driven individual with a passion for food. She plans to use her creative talents in the process of sharing and promoting Vito’s Italian Café. Vito’s also offers catering and is available for private and corporate functions on- or off-site.
