July 26, 2017Robert Harvey, PE, Named National Rail Market & Metro New York City Transportation Leader at CHA Consulting, Inc.
CHA Consulting, Inc. (CHA) announces Robert Harvey, PE, has joined the firm as national rail market & metro New York City transportation leader. Mr. Harvey will be based in the New York City office. He will lead efforts to expand CHA’s rail project portfolio, oversee rail project delivery across the U.S., and lead transportation market activities in the New York City metro region.
Mr. Harvey joins CHA with more than 20 years of experience in transportation and rail infrastructure projects. His most recent experience includes transit/rail stations and systems and infrastructure design and construction management for numerous New York City metro agencies includes LIRR, MNR, NYCT and PATH.
“This is an exciting time to work at CHA. I wanted to join a long established and growing firm, with increased responsibilities and the ability to make an impact in critical rail and transportation markets,” said Robert Harvey.
Prior to CHA, Mr. Harvey served as New York metro transit/rail market operations manager and associate vice president for AECOM. He received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rice University. He is a Professional Engineer (PE) in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Ohio, South Carolina, Florida, Texas, Colorado, California, and Washington.
