July 9, 2015Rivers Casino to Host Vendor Expo and Job Fair
Rivers Casino will host a Vendor Expo on Friday, July 17 at 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. at Schenectady County Community College, 78 Washington Avenue, Schenectady. The 8 a.m. session is for general interest; the 3 p.m. session is for minority- and women-owned businesses only. Pre-registration is not necessary.
Rivers Casino will also host a Job Opportunity Fair on Saturday, July 18, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Schenectady County Community College, 78 Washington Avenue, Schenectady.
This informational session will help those interested in one day working at the casino learn about opportunities and career paths, so they can be ready once Rivers Casino begins the hiring process next year. Rush Street Gaming will have representatives from other casino properties on hand to answer questions about the kinds of jobs that will be at Rivers Casino, and what the Capital Region needs to do to be prepared for them.
There will be 1,200 new jobs at Rivers Casino – get the information you need to be ready for hiring! No pre-registration is necessary, but you must be 18 or older to attend. No resumes will be accepted at this event.
