Richbell Capital Development Group Ribbon Cutting at the Gallery on Holland

The Capital Region Chamber was excited to join Richbell Capital Development Group and the Gallery on Holland for their great ribbon cutting in Albany. This was a story in perseverance, from construction challenges to COVID to supply chain shortages and then some, these folks had to really work to get through some tough times. Market rate apartments within walking distance of six figure jobs, for many in our region this is a fantastic lifestyle!! Richbell Capital is based at The Paddocks of Saratoga, another great complex built some time ago. More great things are coming from these folks for our regional community, stay connected!!!

Albany Mayor Kathy Sheehan, County Executive Daniel McCoy, Assemblywoman Patricia Fahy, Assemblyman John McDonald, and local IDA and downtown business association representatives were on hand for the event.
