March 20, 2025Ribbon Cutting: The 110 Group
Tim Williams of The 110 Group gives 110 percent to everything he does. A Navy veteran, Tim opened the business five years ago, on the eve of the COVID pandemic. Never one to be fazed by a mere worldwide shutdown, Tim not only persevered but excelled, and has been a very dedicated Capital Region Chamber volunteer Ambassador as well for most of that time. He is an expert in leadership, consulting and talent optimization, and specializes in helping businesses hire smarter, develop their teams, and create workplace cultures that drive success.
Tim is a fantastic networker, and encourages fellow businesspeople to approach networking with a more wholistic approach. If one goes into a mixer somewhere hoping simply to make a sale that night, they likely will be disappointed, and say that networking “doesn’t work” or “isn’t for them”. But if you go into each event with the attitude that somebody is going to be helped that night, it could be you (make that sale!) or it could be a friend you have known for years or a friend you just made that night. Or a family member, or someone else. True networking takes time, and it takes consideration for the people one networks with. That’s how Tim does it, and the example he sets is one worthy of us all to follow.
He also has a passion for paying forward the lessons he has learned, and helping the next generation of businesspeople learn and mature. Tim has led quite a few young entrepreneurs to the Chamber, and serves as a member to the Capital Region Young Professionals Network. He and his family reside here in Clifton Park, and we are lucky to have him!>
Thank you to Town of Clifton Park Deputy Supervisor Tony Morelli, also a Navy veteran, for supporting the event, along with Alex Blizinski representing Senator Jim Tedisco, and Saratoga Economic Development Corporation President Greg Connors.
