Ribbon Cutting Celebration Recognizing the Opening of Stark Tech’s Eastern New York Branch

The Capital Region Chamber was pleased to join the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce (ARCC) for a joint ribbon cutting celebration recognizing the opening of Stark Tech’s Eastern New York branch at 12 E Commerce Drive in Ballston Spa on February 10. This milestone event highlighted Stark Tech’s continued investment in supporting facility owners across the region with advanced, integrated building performance solutions.

The program was led by the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce, who served as primary host and emcee for the ceremony. The Capital Region Chamber (CRC) participated in support of the celebration, joining elected officials, ARCC leadership, Chamber Ambassadors, community partners, and the Stark Tech team.

During the ceremony, Stark Tech representatives shared insights into the company’s mission and growth. Founded to solve complex operational challenges within buildings, Stark Tech delivers an integrated approach combining mechanical systems, electrical infrastructure, building automation, energy and power management, analytics, and ongoing service. Their teams bring decades of hands-on experience in HVAC, electrical systems, controls, and performance engineering—expertise that drives reliable, data-informed solutions for customers.

The opening of the Eastern NY branch positions Stark Tech to better serve key sectors in the region, including schools, healthcare, municipalities, and commercial facilities—all of which depend on efficient, dependable building operations. Establishing a local presence enhances response times, deepens onsite expertise, and reinforces the company’s commitment to long-term partnerships.

After remarks, ARCC  and CRC led guests in the official ribbon cutting, followed by photos, networking, and optional facility tours. Attendees connected with the Stark Tech leadership and team, learned more about their integrated solutions, and celebrated the company’s ongoing investment in people, technology, and the regional community.
