Ribbon Cutting: Boutique & Coffee Made Simple

The Capital Region Chamber team cut the ribbon for Boutique & Coffee Made Simple on Route 9.  Owner Nicole Phillips-Wilson, her family, friends and well-wishers were joined by Town of Halfmoon, New York Supervisor Kevin Tollisen, Deputy Supervisor Paul Hotaling, Town Clerk Lynda Guyer Bryan, Rayan Aguam representing Senator Jim Tedisco and Angela Thompson Representing Assemblywoman Mary Beth Walsh for the ceremony, along with chamber Ambassadors and members of the media.

Nicole shared her thoughts about the reception here in Halfmoon, stating “The Halfmoon/Clifton Park community has been so supportive of our small, but mighty coffee shop. We have gained so many loyal regulars that have become our family.  We couldn’t do what we do without you!  You have no idea how much we love and appreciate you!” This is a great location, easily accessed for commuters heading south across the bridge into the Town of Colonie.  They have great coffees and other beverages named after local attractions, and an amazing selection of baked goods and gifts.

All 2024 ribbon cuttings of the Capital Region Chamber and its affiliates are sponsored by Community Bank, N.A.
