Reimagining the Future of the Workplace Panel Event

Just over one year ago today our personal and professional lives changed
forever. Over 500,000 lives have been lost, some businesses prospered while others have been in complete despair. One commonality among businesses showing resilience through these times is the determination and perseverance to adapt in the circumstances.

Organizations are becoming more strategic with footprint and space design, jobs we never imagined could be remote are actually quite successful remote, and employees have very different expectations on what it looks like to be “at work.” Leaders are learning and adapting at how to engage and inspire their teams radically differently than a year ago, and as we see things change at a lightning fast pace, it is clear that in “reimagining” the workplace we have an opportunity like no other.

M3 Placement & Partnership is pleased to announce a virtual panel event on May 6th, 2021 from 1  to 3 p.m. called “Reimagining the Future of the Workplace.” The event will feature leaders in the HR industry for a conversation in how to navigate these changes and how businesses are adapting to find solutions for the “new normal” working environment. Panelists will cover everything from efficiency in square footage and organizational design to remote workforce management and employee expectations.

Moderated by Mary Malone McCarthy of M3 Placement & Partnership, and Harriet Harty, Chief Administrative Officer of ADT, the complimentary virtual panel event is open to the public. Business leaders, HR professionals, and workers from all industries are encouraged to attend. Panelists include Scott Panzer, Vice Chairman & International Director of JLL Real Estate, Deb Beckmann, Managing Director of Semler Brossy, Suzan Morno Wade, EVP & CHRO of Xerox, Christy Harris, SVP, Talent Acquisition & Inclusive Diversity of Allstate, and Suzi Sosa, Co-Founder & CEO of Verb.
