October 28, 2026Porsche Latham Celebrates a New Chapter in Latham
The Capital Region Chamber recently joined Porsche Latham in celebrating the grand opening of its new state-of-the-art facility on Troy Schenectady Road. The ribbon cutting marked not only a new location, but the continuation of a remarkable growth story that began 15 years ago as Porsche Clifton Park.
Speaking at the celebration, General Manager Christian Trujillo reflected on the dealership’s journey from its original location in Mechanicville to its new home in Latham. What once seemed like an ambitious goal has become reality through years of steady growth, strong customer loyalty, and the dedication of a long-tenured team.
One of the key themes of the event was the importance of people in the company’s success. Many team members have been with Porsche for more than a decade, and the majority have served customers for over five years. Trujillo emphasized that the dealership’s continued growth is made possible by employees who are passionate about the Porsche brand and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
While reflecting on the company’s past, he also looked ahead to an exciting future. Having outgrown its previous facility, Porsche Latham’s new location provides the space and resources needed to support continued expansion and meet growing demand throughout the region.
The celebration also recognized the partnerships that have helped fuel the dealership’s success, including the support of Porsche Cars North America and Porsche Financial Services. As Porsche Latham embarks on this next chapter, the new facility stands as a testament to 15 years of growth, perseverance, and confidence in the future.
The Chamber congratulates Christian Trujillo and the entire Porsche Latham team on this exciting milestone and wishes them continued success in their new home.
