The Partners of Deily & Glastetter, LLP are pleased to announce the promotion of Brenda A. Pesano to the position of Senior Collector for the firm’s growing Collections and Replevin businesses.
As a Senior Collector, Brenda will be responsible for training junior collectors and supervising their workflow in conjunction with management. Brenda has been a dedicated collector at the firm for thirteen years and has consistently been one of the top grossing collectors. She will continue to maintain her former collector duties in addition to maximizing and increasing the overall productivity and profitability of the collectors group. “Brenda will embrace this new opportunity to learn, grow and contribute to the department’s success with great enthusiasm. We are excited about the refinements she will bring to the collections process and we know our clients will benefit from her leadership abilities” said Partner and Practice Area Leader, Pilar A. Cano.
Prior to joining Deily & Glastetter in 2002, Brenda was a Collections Agent at Equifax Risk Management Services.
