Marshall & Sterling is pleased to announce the promotion of Kara Derenzo to Commercial Lines Manager. Kara started at Marshall & Sterling in 2003, as a Customer Service Assistant working her way up through Marketing, then to Account Manager. She has 25 years of experience in the insurance industry and has obtained her CISR and CRIS designations. She volunteers on the agency wide workflow committee and is instrumental in training new employees to the firm while providing mentoring to the staff.
Marshall & Sterling is pleased to announce that Matt Cronin has been promoted to the Upstate Regional Sales Director. Matt will be responsible for hiring, training & managing Sales Executives in the Upstate Region. He has 13 years in the insurance industry, joining Marshall & Sterling in 2009 as a Sales Executive. Matt attended Siena College and lives in Greenwich, NY with his family where he serves as a coach for several youth sports teams as well as a volunteer for a number of nonprofits.
