Overit, a nationally recognized digital marketing agency, has promoted Janae Quackenbush to lead strategist within its strategy department. In this role, Janae is responsible for the planning and execution of digital and traditional marketing strategies for new and existing clients.
Previously, Janae was a senior strategist with an emphasis on content and social media marketing. Expanding on these tasks, Janae coordinates with all members of Overit’s team on integrated campaigns involving branding, content marketing, website development, PPC, SEO and more. She also assists in managing the strategy department, new business development, and branding and messaging for Overit.
Janae joined Overit as a public relations specialist in 2012, which is when she demonstrated her creative and strategic execution of content marketing. To hone these skills, Janae was appointed as a branding & content strategist. She expanded her knowledge in this role by developing brand messaging for all elements of client projects.
Since graduating Syracuse University in 2011, Janae has positioned herself as a thought-leader in the marketing industry by participating on the Board of Directors of The Albany Ad Club, speaking at professional conferences on social media and content marketing, and providing guest commentary to media outlets such as AdWeek and NBC New York.
