Overit Announces Growth and Talent Expansion

Overit is thrilled to announce the expansion of its senior team in response to a nearly 20 percent growth in sales for the fourth consecutive year. Overit is restructuring key members of management to better service clients. Overit expands its team after the signing of new clients among the higher ed, health care, economic development, and home services sectors.

Paul Fahey has been promoted to VP of Strategy and Communications, a new role within Overit. With almost 30 years of experience across marketing and advertising, Paul offers high-level, strategic counsel to clients and assists the team in better addressing their needs. He brings a unique left- and right-brain approach to the science of marketing and advertising, providing strategic guidance to Overit principals while developing new relationships for the agency. Paul spends his weekends piloting a Cessna to Vermont for breakfast.

Shana Silverman has been promoted from Chief Production Officer to General Manager. She keeps projects on track and on budget. Shana and her team take pride in understanding the steps needed to help clients reach their marketing goals. She joined the team at Overit after spending a number of years with a growing digital agency in Vermont. Her experience in helping to build client relationships, while establishing organizational procedures, gives her a unique ability to solve problems and streamline processes. Shana has always enjoyed playdoh, so she plans to start a ceramics class this fall when her youngest child goes off to college.

JoAnne Latham has joined the Overit team as Director of Account Management. In this role, JoAnne leads Account Strategy in developing and implementing strategic, integrated marketing plans that leverage traditional and digital marketing tactics to exceed client business goals. She is a passionate marketing professional with extensive real-world marketing experience in a diverse range of industries including health care, marketing services, energy, manufacturing, nonprofit, higher education, tourism and financial services for both B2C and B2B. JoAnne’s experience in Higher Ed supplements Paul Fahey and Dan Lundquist in their advisory roles to those clients. JoAnne’s second passion is riding horses; she’s Overit’s most talented equestrian.

Richard Skiermont joins Overit as Creative Director. In this role, Richard leads the creative vision for clients and a team of designers, videographers, and animators to strengthen brand and message. As a member of Overit’s senior team, he works with creative, account, strategic, and agency management to meet client marketing strategies and objectives. He brings with him over 35 years of experience developing creative strategies, marketing programs and hands-on design solutions for national and international clients in the areas of consumer goods, government agencies, tourism, health care, higher education, high-tech and finance. When not creating, Richard can be found strumming his guitar.

Overit’s growth is represented by new work locally, and nationally, with companies among the entertainment, technology, e-commerce, health care, higher ed, home services, and economic development verticals.
