Orthony Partnering with Ptsource, LLC to Expand to 24/7 Appointment Scheduling and Front-Office Services

Starting April 19, 2021, OrthoNY, in partnership with ptSource, LLC and STEADfast IT, will expand their front-office operations to 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Front-office operations include appointment management, after-hours coverage, switchboard services and more. The first practice in the region to offer this combined suite of services with expanded hours, OrthoNY now delivers on-demand access for patients to contact, schedule, confirm or change appointments at their convenience. Front-office operations were previously only available from 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Offering these expanded hours will meet patient demand and continue our commitment to provide the extra services that make our orthopaedic care unique.”

ptSource is a Saratoga Springs-based company specializing in providing ’round-the-clock, front-end services for medical offices and healthcare providers. The technology used to support their services is provided by STEADfast IT, a managed service provider also based in Saratoga Springs. Both companies were founded and are managed by local entrepreneur, Craig Skevington, PhD.
