OrthoNY Opens New Physical Therapy Offices

OrthoNY began seeing patients in two new physical therapy locations last week. On Wednesday, the doors opened at 1760 Union Street in Niskayuna. A day later, therapists began treatment at 1673 Route 9 in Clifton Park.

While OrthoNY has always offered a full range of physical therapy to facilitate and support patient recovery, the newly renovated spaces allow the practice to expand these services. OrthoNY physical therapists treat a variety of orthopaedic injuries with a hands-on approach tailored for each person. When surgery is needed for an injury or condition, therapists collaborate directly with patients and their physicians to improve quality of life as quickly as possible, returning individuals to their daily activities and ultimately reaching their highest potential. Past outcomes not only indicate highly effective treatment, but also significant patient satisfaction.

“Physical therapy is an important piece of whole orthopaedic care, from treating minor injuries, to helping someone heal after surgery,” stated Alan Okun, CEO of OrthoNY. “Our new, designated therapy offices complement the patient care provided by OrthoNY physicians.”

“Whether our therapists are treating existing practice patients, or those referred by outside providers, they strive to return patients to the life they know and love. We are proud to know the OrthoNY physical therapy team is Saving Lifestyles.”

The Niskayuna and Clifton Park offices are now fully staffed to easily schedule physician referrals. OrthoNY will also recruit additional therapists as needed.
