OrbitalFire, a next-generation cybersecurity provider focused exclusively on solving cybersecurity problems for small businesses, is pleased to welcome Steve Wexler as Manager of Customer Success to help support OrbitalFire’s quickly expanding list of customers.
Wexler brings more than 15 years of customer success and account management experience to the role, most recently as Strategic Account Manager at TPx. His focus at OrbitalFire will leverage his experience as a customer advocate as he takes on the role of trusted cybersecurity advisor across a customer’s complete lifecycle. Wexler will also focus on strengthening the support framework to ensure OrbitalFire maintains quick response times and anticipates customer cybersecurity needs.

Wexler joins OrbitalFire at a time when small and mid-sized businesses across manufacturing, auto, finance, and many other industries are struggling with how to best manage rising cybercrime, increasingly complex cyber insurance requirements, and growing vendor and governmental mandates.
