Two chambers came together to celebrate the ribbon cutting of Omakase Sushi & Grill in Saratoga Springs. Owner Briana Lin, her family and staff were amazing hosts, joined by Senator Jim Tedisco, Mayor John Safford, staff of Assemblywoman Carrie Woerner, both Chambers, and Darryl Leggieri from Discover Saratoga for the ceremony.
Omakase Sushi & Grill is owner Briana Lin’s seventh restaurant in the Capital Region. All of them bring a different flair to some amazing Asian cuisine. At Omakase, patrons pay a certain price point for their meal, and literally trust the chef to choose the menu for them. It’s a fascinating and exciting way to savor the flavors of Japan.
