“Zack, Jack and Josh are true examples of young individuals that are shaping the future of the financial services industry. I’m very proud of what they’ve accomplished, and I’m honored to have a
front seat view on their success thus far,” said Molly LeClair, Chief Recruiting and Internship Development Officer.
All are being honored as an outstanding performer by building a strong financial services practice and delivering consistent quality service to clients.
“I’m grateful for my clients, experiences, and colleagues at Northwestern Mutual, as well as the impact we’ve had on our community,” said Terry, who has continually ranked highly in the
internship program, including securing the number one spot in 2019. “I look forward to my future with this company.”
“Northwestern Mutual gives me a great opportunity to jumpstart a rewarding career at a young age,” said Farnan, who will complete his Associates degree in December and transfer after that.
Farnan is particularly familiar with this career, as his father is a District Director and Financial Advisor, while his uncle is an Advisor as well.
“I’ve grown tenfold, both personally and professionally, over this past year at Northwestern Mutual,” said Chandler, “My favorite part of this experience is the impact I’m able to make on people’s lives.
It’s made an impact on me as well and given me clarity on what I’m capable of. With the support and culture like the one in our office, growth is inevitable if you put the work in.” Chandler is also on the internship leadership team as a Team Captain, serving as a mentor to incoming interns.
