Northern Rivers Names New Recruitment Team Members

Lauren Flanders

Northern Rivers Family of Services announced the hiring of three new recruiting professionals for the organization’s Human Resources department. Lauren Flanders and Alicia Morocco have been named human resources business partners, and Stephen Crouchley has been named staff recruiter.

Flanders is responsible for recruitment and employee relations for the organization’s community-based programs, nursing services, and administrative positions. She previously worked for CR Bard as an HR business partner, CHA Consulting as an employee communications and programs specialist, and Deily & Glassiter as an HR and payroll administrator. She earned her bachelor’s

Alicia Morocco

degree in English from Northeastern and her Master of Science in education from the College of Saint Rose.

Morocco is responsible for recruitment and employee relations for the organization’s residential and educational programs in Schenectady. She previously worked for Austin & Co. as an HR consultant, for Fingerpaint as a senior HR generalist, and for Globalfoundries as a senior benefits analyst. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University at Albany and her Master of Science in industrial-organizational psychology from Sacred Heart University (Fairfield, Conn.).

Stephen Crouchley

Crouchley will be responsible for recruitment for the organization’s behavioral health programs, early childhood programs, and Albany-based education programs. He previously spent eight years with Delhaize America in North Carolina as a senior college recruiting specialist, and more than a decade in human resources recruitment and management positions with Hannaford Supermarkets. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Saint Michael’s College (Colchester, Vt.).
