Northern Rivers Names Directors of Integrated Care Management

Northern Rivers Family of Services announced that Rhonda Armour has been promoted to Director of Care Management-Southern Region, and David Rowley has been promoted to Director of Care Management-Northern Region, for Parsons Child & Family Center.

Armour will oversee Home and Community-Based Waiver (HCBW), health home care management, and Bridges to Health (B2H) services based in the organization’s Schenectady, Hudson, Albany, and Kingston offices. Rowley will oversee these services based in the organization’s Gloversville, Queensbury, and Clifton Park offices.

Armour joined the organization as a HCBW care coordinator in 2001, subsequently being promoted to program coordinator and regional coordinator. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from the University at Albany, and her Master of Science in Education from Saint Rose.

Rowley joined the organization as an HCBW program manager in 2009, later serving as a regional coordinator. He previously worked for the Fulton County Department of Social Services as a caseworker, for CARES Inc. as Associate Executive Director, and for Catholic Charities Housing as an associate director. He earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in History and Political Science from Saint Rose.
