Niskayuna Rotary is pleased to welcome Bethany Gonyea as the featured guest speaker at their breakfast meeting, Tuesday, September 22. Ms. Gonyea, Founder of Numinous and the Albany Peace Project, will explain how teaching students to reduce their inner stress can help them endure the challenges they face.
