November 24, 2021NEW Mentoring Advisory Council for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Capital Region
I am excited to announce that we are launching a new BBBSCR Mentoring Advisory Council. The Mentoring Advisory Council (MAC) is a committee comprised of current and former BBBSCR Littles, parents/guardians, and Bigs who provide input and guidance, particularly on issues related to youth mentoring and our programs. MAC Members also help us deepen our organizational commitment to social justice, create equity for youth, foster diverse and inclusive communities, and help all children be included in the promise of opportunity and a better life.
We are currently accepting applications for interested current and alumni Littles, Bigs, and parents. To learn more or apply, visit bbbscr.org/MAC.
