New Governing Board Officers at Center for Disability Services

A new slate of officers has been appointed to the Governing Board of Directors at the Center for Disability Services. The new board Chairperson is Robert D. Clore, CIMA, Vice President, Senior Financial Advisor, The Clore Group-Merrill Lynch. First Vice Chairperson is Jeffrey M. Killeen, and Past Chairperson is Rosemarie V. Rosen. Other officers include the Center’s President & Chief Executive Officer, Alan Krafchin; the Center’s Treasurer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, Gregory Sorrentino; and Stanley B. Segal, Esq., who serves as Secretary.

Two new members have joined the Center Commercial Services Advisory Board. George D. Shannon Jr., President, CEO, of The Shannon Companies Inc., in East Greenbush and Daniel Joseph Sterantino, owner and treasurer of Audiologic Solutions Hearing Centers in East Greenbush and Hudson and partner in Iron Rail Holdings and Castleton Classic Cars, will work with other board members to advise and guide the professional employment lines operated by the Center for Disability Services.

A not for profit organization founded 73 years ago, the Center for Disability Services is a community resource for individuals of every age, who have all types of disabilities and medical conditions. Support is also provided to family members and caregivers. In many cases, the highly specialized care and innovative programs and services are not found anywhere else.

The Center for Disability Services is known as the place where people get better at life. Its mission is to enable and empower people, primarily those with disabilities, to lead healthy and enriched lives.
