June 22, 2026New Colonie Office Marks Growth for Transworld Business Advisors of Albany
Transworld Business Advisors of Albany helps business owners buy, sell, and grow their companies, providing expert guidance on business valuations, exit planning, mergers and acquisitions, and ownership transitions. Led by Sean and Alicia Pepe, the firm is dedicated to helping entrepreneurs maximize the value of their businesses while ensuring successful transitions that support the long-term strength of the local business community.
The Capital Region Chamber was proud to celebrate the ribbon cutting for Transworld Business Advisors of Albany, welcoming Sean, Alicia, and their team to their new office in Colonie. The Chamber’s Senior Director of Membership Development, Shawn Daley officiated the event, highlighting the couple’s strong commitment to both the business community and the Capital Region. He noted that the impressive turnout reflected the meaningful relationships they have built and the positive impact they already have throughout the region.
Assemblymember Phil Steck congratulated the team and spoke about the critical role organizations like Transworld play in supporting small businesses. He emphasized the challenges entrepreneurs face in today’s environment and the value of trusted advisors who can help business owners navigate regulations, plan for growth, and prepare for the future.
Representing Senator Jake Ashby, District Director Dan Casale presented a certificate of recognition and shared the Senator’s appreciation for the firm’s work supporting local businesses.
Deputy Supervisor Rick Field, representing Colonie Town Supervisor Peter Crummey, reflected on his own experience as a longtime business owner and discussed the economic impact small businesses have throughout the community. He noted that Transworld’s expertise will help business owners understand the value of their companies and successfully transition ownership, while also welcoming the firm to its new home in Colonie.
Owner Sean Pepe thanked attendees for their support and reflected on the personal connections that make the Capital Region home. He shared that he and Alicia grew up locally, built successful corporate careers, and ultimately chose entrepreneurship as a way to give back to the community they love. Sean explained how Transworld helps business owners execute successful exits while preserving the businesses that contribute to the character and vitality of local communities.
