June 29, 2016New Board President Announced at Ingersoll Place
David Gallup has been elected to serve as president of the board of trustees of Ingersoll Place,
an assisted living and memory care facility in Niskayuna. He succeeds Carol Kiddle, board president for the past seven years, who will continue in her role as trustee.
Gallup has been employed as a public safety dispatcher for 21 years, most recently for Schenectady County. He’s a member of the Schenectady County Fire Advisory Board and serves as a fire commissioner with the Beukendaal Fire Department.
New trustees, Helen M. Carroll, Tara Curley and Daniel Bradt have also been named.
Carroll is a retirement plan advisor with Mussett Wealth Management. She serves on the board of the Financial Planning Association of Northeastern New York and the program committee of the Women’s Business Council of the Capital Region Chamber of Commerce.
Bradt, who retired from his post as director of safety, US Army Intelligence and Security Command in 2009, is also a highly decorated officer who served with the United States Army for 40 years. He is involved in local archeological activities and serves on the board of the Schenectady Colonial Project.
Curley, senior vice president, Corporate Solutions of Cresa, has extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. She serves on the steering committee of the Tech Valley Global Business Network and the board of the Executive Women’s Golf Association, Capital Region.
