April 16, 2024NBT Bank Welcomes Lucas Scarchilli as Manager of ALM and Treasury Analytics
NBT Bank has named Lucas Scarchilli as Vice President and Manager of Asset and Liability Management (ALM) and Treasury Analytics.
Scarchilli brings extensive experience in financial analytics and risk management to NBT and will support the company’s treasury analytics efforts.
“We are excited to welcome Luke to the NBT team,” said Joseph Ondesko, NBT Bank Corporate Treasurer. “ALM is a key link between financial risk management and strategic planning, and his extensive experience in the banking industry and deep understanding of capital markets will contribute to our ability to continue to successfully manage risk as we plan for our future.”
Scarchilli joins NBT Bank with nearly two decades of experience in the banking industry, including a succession of financial analysis roles in Albany, New York. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Siena College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Clarkson University. Active in his community, he has served on the board of The Arts Center of the Capital Region in Troy, New York.
