August 28, 2017Merriam Insurance Agency Announces Four Staff Changes
Jennifer Holt, ACSR has been promoted to Service Team Manager. She has been with the Agency since 2009 in the position of Professional Liability Department Manager prior to assuming her new duties managing the personal and commercial lines account representatives.
Shannon McMeel has been promoted to Benefits Department Manager. She has been with the Agency since 2013, focusing on TPA benefits and administration. She will now oversee a department that provides Health, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, DI, Life and PFL benefits to commercial clients, as well as TPA and FSA programs.
James Dick, CPCU, AAI has been promoted to Sales Manager. James graduated Magna Cum Laude from Washington and Lee University with a degree in Economics and Classics. Following graduation, and prior to joining the Agency, he traveled throughout Latin America for a year. He has been a new business producer for the last four years, and has received the Agency’s High Producer award for the last three years.
Richard Hale recently joined the Agency as Director of Marketing. In this position, he is responsible for the development and implementation of the Merriam branding strategy, including creating and managing all digital and print advertising campaigns, as well as maintaining the company websites and social media outlets.
