PlugIn Stations Online (PISO), a company that provides sales, installation and service of all levels of electric vehicle charging stations, was founded in April 2011 by John Doran. They currently serve various industries, including hospitality, municipalities, universities and colleges, residential centers, and workplaces. In addition to charging cars, many don’t know their charging stations can also charge busses, tractor trailers, airplanes, snow mobiles, motorcycles, and boats.
In order to provide their clients with the best solution to fit their needs, PlugIn Stations Online has created relationships with the best manufacturers of EV charging equipment, including ChargePoint, EVBox, BTC, Tritium and JuiceBox. They’re also proud of the fact that they are the operations and maintenance provider for ChargePoint for all of New York state, which means they provide service and repairs for all their warrantied equipment!
PlugIn Stations Online has done work locally for CDTA, Tri City Rentals, Renaissance Albany Hotel, Tierra Farm, and more. Doran says he loves living in the Capital Region due to its proximity to the Catskills, Adirondacks and all the culture in the surrounding areas! He goes on to say that he looks forward to meeting more people through the Chamber in the years to come!
