New Horizons has been involved in the technology training space since 1982. They have a history of working directly with some of the biggest brands in technology training, including Microsoft – Cisco – and PMI, to name just a few. They STILL – even throughout Covid – offer a regular series of in-person training classes in their four New York office locations – Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, and Albany. In-person training is here to stay!
According to New Horizons, none of their competitors offer in-depth classes, guaranteed to run in-person (avoid switching students to virtual participation), and within multiple locations in New York state.
Their favorite part about living/working in the Capital Region, “It’s exciting to help out government groups with skills gaps – and know the work we do will influence their work and level of service that is provided to help residents and businesses here in New York state.”
New Horizons began their Capital Region Chamber membership in March 2023 and are excited to start tapping into our member resources!
Some of the nicest compliments New Horizons received are how happy people are to be able to learn directly from a trainer that they are in the same room with – everyone is always appreciative of their trainers, and the time they spend helping with any questions students have that go beyond the typical classroom material.
