March 12, 2018McDonalds at Crossgates Commons Has Enhanced its Experience
The Chamber and its Ambassadors were proud to be part of a special ceremony at McDonalds located at 161 Washington Ave. Extension on Friday, March 9. That location introduced specialized customer services to put convenience and technology at the heart of the dining experience. They installed easy to use touch screen kiosks which allow customers to browse the menu at their leisure as well as check out nutritional information and customize their sandwiches. They have also added table-side food delivery, a drive thru mobile app for curbside pickup and the ability to order via UberEATS. John and Kathie Reeher, owners of this location, also made three donations to show their commitment to the local community. They donated to The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Albany New York and two local veterans organizations: The Veteran’s Miracle Center and The Patriot Guard. John and Kathie continue to support the local community and will also continue to modernize their remaining restaurant locations. Thanks for being great partners in the Capital Region.
