architecture+, a design and service oriented architecture and planning firm in Troy, New York, has announced that Andrew D. Maurer has joined the firm as a Senior Healthcare Architect. Maurer, of Schenectady, New York, holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Roger Williams University and has over twenty years of experience in New England and New York with planning, design, and project management.
He has worked with leaders in Capital District healthcare including Albany Medical Center, Nathan Littauer Hospital, and Northeast Health on a wide variety of project types including medical/surgical inpatient units, imaging, laboratory, emergency, and medical offices. He will be collaborating with the architecture+ healthcare team to serve local clients as well as contribute to their national psychiatric facility practice.
