Marvin and Company Turns 95

Town of Colonie Paula Mahan along with Town Board Members Paul Rosano and Melissa Von Dollen issued a proclamation today honoring Marvin and Company, P.C. on their 95th anniversary.

In business and in life, making a difference is what it’s all about. In commemoration of our 95th year of service, we asked ourselves how each Marvin & Company employee might demonstrate that commitment in their own way, through their own personal lens. The answer (fittingly for a CPA firm) was numerical: 95. Specifically, $95 – the amount each Marvin & Company employee has been allotted in commemoration of the occasion to make a difference at some point during 2018. Whether through donations to charitable organizations, random acts of kindness, or other actions we have yet to foresee, each My95 story will be unique—and our Marvin and Company family will share them via social media throughout the year.

“Marvin and Company has been providing professional and exceptional service to its clients in the Town of Colonie and beyond”, said Town of Colonie Supervisor Paula Mahan. “I congratulate them on their 95th Anniversary.”

“The occasion of our 95th anniversary provides a unique opportunity to reflect on the people who have made a lasting difference at every stage of our evolution and growth—our clients and our people,” said Kevin P. O’Leary, Tax Director and member of the Executive Committee at Marvin and Company, P.C. “We have built our firm on the principle of community service and believe that our success is shaped by the success of the communities in which we live and work. The My95 campaign is the perfect way to demonstrate our commitment to that core principle.”
