Marshall & Sterling Insurance, a 100% employee-owned company, announced today the acquisition of Adirondack Regional Insurance Agency, effective January 1, 2021. Founded in 1997, Adirondack serves insurance clientele from two offices located in Queensbury and Warrensburg, New York, providing both personal and commercial insurance coverage and services.

With the acquisition of Adirondack, Marshall & Sterling’s operations will now include 36 offices across five U.S. states and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The agency’s product offerings include commercial property & casualty, employee benefits, TPA services, HR administration, personal insurance, wealth management, financial planning, risk management and loss control services.
