Stram Center for Integrative Medicine and Focus On Lyme are proud to bring you the Lyme Disease Educational Forum & Fundraisint Reception on July 15 at The Desmond in Albany!
From 2:30 to 5 p.m. will be a Research & Clinical Forum which costs $25 per person. Then at 5:30 p.m. join Stram and Focus On Lyme for the “It’s A New Day” Reception which costs $75 per person.
Featured Forum Speakers include
- Richard Horowitz, M.D. – Leading Lyme Clinician & Author of How Can I get Better? An Action Plan for Treating Resistant Lyme & Chronic Disease
