Lyft Named Official Ridesharing Partner of Cohoes-Based Real Estate and Hospitality Company Prime Companies

Partnership provides residents various amenities

Cohoes-based real estate and hospitality company Prime Companies (Prime Cos) is partnering with Lyft – the fastest growing on-demand transportation service in the US. As part of Prime Cos’ continued commitment to providing  residents amenity-based services, the partnership establishes Lyft as the “Official Rideshare Partner” to Prime Cos’ Cohoes, Green Island, Niskayuna, and Saratoga Springs’ apartment communities.

Dedicated Lyft pick-up and drop-off zones will be located at all Prime Companies luxury apartment communities: Hudson Square, Waters View, Riverwalk, The Hamlet, Tall Oaks, River’s Edge, Shelter Cove, and soon to be in Electric City which is currently under construction in Schenectady, NY. Prime Cos will also extend future complimentary rides to apartment residents.

Benefits of the partnership will extend to Prime Cos’ Pavilion Grand Hotel in Saratoga Springs, NY beginning this July.
