January 29, 2018Louis W. Pierro Named “2018 Lawyer of the Year” for Elder Law
Pierro, Connor & Associates, LLC is proud to announce that founding partner Louis W. Pierro is named “2018 Lawyer of the Year” in the practice area of Elder Law in Albany.
The honor was announced by Best Lawyers, regarded as the most credible measure of legal integrity and distinction in the United States. Only a single lawyer in each practice area and community is honored with a “Lawyer of the Year” award.
The recognition is based on a rigorous peer-review survey. In addition to the honor, Pierro will be highlighted in the 24th Edition of The Best Lawyers in America for “high caliber work in the practice area of Elder Law.”
“I am humbled and honored that my colleagues have given me this distinction,” said Pierro, who has practiced elder law for 34 years. A graduate of Albany Law School, Pierro also focuses on estate planning, special needs planning, tax and business law. To better serve seniors and people with disabilities in the community, he recently launched EverHome Care Advisors, a company that combines legal planning, home care management and innovative technology to help people stay independent and improve communication with families and providers.
