Living Resources is opening an exciting new young adult program! Help us to create a warm and supportive environment to bring six wonderful young people graduating from residential schools back home to the Capital District. Now seeking experienced Direct Support Professionals (day and residential) and Assistant Residential Managers!
• Receive specialized training with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis Techniques.
• Work collaboratively with a team of treatment professionals (Occupational Therapist, Behavior Specialist, Nursing, QIDP, Management and Day Habilitation) to foster unified service delivery and communication.
• Be part of a person-centered approach to helping young people and their families achieve life goals and be a meaningful part of their community.
• Participate on the front lines of agency development and growth!
• Earn enhanced pay rate associated with higher level of training.
Day positions will be at our Schenectady Site-based Day Habilitation location and residential will be located at our new residence in Scotia, NY.
