Living History Weekend at Mabee Farm Historic Site

Schenectady, 1776: On the brink of revolution, Schenectady’s citizens had to decide: would they stay loyal to England, or turn against their king?

This summer, you and your family must decide for yourselves. Are you Patriots, fighting for American Independence? Or are you Loyalists, fighting to keep the King’s peace? At the Mabee Farm Historic Site, Patriots and Loyalists alike, plus tradesmen, musicians, and textile artisans, surgeons, laundresses, brewers, bakers, and blacksmiths will gather to help you explore both sides of the story.

Which side will you choose?
