Lee Audio ‘N Security, Inc., with offices in Lee, MA and Clifton Park, NY, has been certified to provide and install the new Emergency Radio Communications Enhancement System by Honeywell/Notifier.
The BDA is a code driven Life Safety System intended to provide reliable two-way radio and First Net Signal coverage inside buildings, tunnels, and other structures for First Responders.
Emergency Responders lose communications when in-building radio signals are weakened by structures such as concrete and metal. The building is tested with existing radio coverage. If inadequate, the Authority Having Jurisdiction, generally the Fire Chief, can adopt these codes.
Richard E. Gore II, the company president, has attended the installation seminars and received his FCC Radio Telephone license, which is a requirement to distribute and install these systems.
Lee Audio ‘N Security, Inc., started in 1970 by the Gore family of Lee, MA. As a Honeywell/Notifier Preferred Distributor licensed in Massachusetts and New York, the company is also UL listed for Fire and Security. Additionally, the company is NICET 4 certified and has 20 employees.
