On September 16, the Chamber took part in a ribbon cutting for LCS Facility Group, who opened their newest location at 61 Fuller Road in Albany. The Chamber was joined by local officials, ambassadors and the business community.
LCS Facility Group is a full-service commercial cleaning company based out of Dutchess County. Their client portfolio spans a variety of industries, including healthcare, education, hospitality and commercial facilities, as well as construction management firms.
Recently celebrating their 20th anniversary, their key values have demonstrated significant commitment to clients, economic development, and charitable organizations.
The new Albany office stands to provide facilities management solutions throughout the Capital Region, including Albany, Columbia, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Warren, and Washington counties.
The decision to expand our presence into the Capital Region was a logical step in our business strategy, as customer demand is continuously growing,” said Joe Lepore, Founder of LCS Facility Group. “We have the opportunity to expand staffing and services in our commercial cleaning, facility maintenance, and specialty projects, as well as increase our ability to service current and future markets.”
