Marc A. Antonucci has been named partner with Iseman, Cunningham, Riester & Hyde LLP, a law firm with offices in Albany, Poughkeepsie and Millbrook.
Marc practices primarily in the areas of litigation and health care. His cases have arisen from environmental pollution, toxic torts, highway design, directors and officers liability, catastrophic events, structural failures, management of self-insured trusts, and insurance coverage disputes, as well as business transactions and governmental enforcement activity. He represents health care systems, hospitals and nursing homes on matters ranging from risk management and compliance with state and federal health care laws to guardianships and mental health proceedings.
Marc is a graduate of Leadership Tech Valley and of the FBI Citizen’s Academy, an outreach program for community leaders providing education about the FBI. He serves on the board of the Center for Disability Services Foundation, Inc. and is a member of the Commercial Services Advisory Board for the Center of Disability Services.
Marc received his law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law and his B.A. from the University at Albany.
