August 18, 2025Kramer and Walker Counseling Opens New Practice
The Capital Region Chamber was pleased to celebrate the grand opening of Kramer and Walker Counseling LCSW PLLC, a new practice founded by Catherine Kramer and Lori Walker at 5 Pine West Plaza, Suite 508, in Albany.
Catherine and Lori discovered a shared vision while working together previously and have now partnered to build a practice dedicated to the unique mental health needs of children and adolescents, serving youth ages 4–21 and filling a critical gap in care. While resources are often available for children, many young people face challenges accessing support once they turn 18. Kramer and Walker Counseling provides continuity during this important stage, ensuring that youth have access to the guidance and services they need as they transition into adulthood.
The Chamber congratulates Catherine and Lori on this important step forward. Their commitment not only strengthens mental health resources for families but also contributes to the overall well-being of the Capital Region community.
