Clarity HR Solutions welcomes new HR Project Leader, Kathy Fernandez, M. Jur. Kathy has over 17 years’ experience in various Executive Management to Human Resources roles. She began her career problem solving with managers and employees in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and human service agencies in Rochester, Albany, and Schenectady. She brings a strong background in strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and financial management.
Kathy holds a Masters’ Degree in Jurisprudence (Labor and Employment Law) from Tulane University and a Certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of Florida’s Muma College of Business. Clarity HR Solutions supports employers of varying sizes and industries and helps organizations develop strong employee relations and efficient HR practices.
