August 3, 2015Just a Few Weeks Left to Register for the Foundation Golf Tournament
There are just a few weeks left to register for the Visiting Nurse Service Foundation’s 15th Annual Fore the Foundation Golf Tournament! The deadline to register is Friday, August 28. The tournament will be held at Fairways of Halfmoon, located at 17 Johnson Road in Mechanicville, on Friday, September 18 with a 9 a.m. shotgun start. The event will include giveaways, prizes, and a silent auction with rare sports collectibles! Registrants will also receive breakfast, mimosas, lunch and a free Lands End zippered tote bag!
