Joseph Frenia has joined Preferred Mutual Insurance Company as an Enterprise Application Services Manager. Prior to this, he was a Manager of Windows Applications at Welch Allyn. In his new role, he will be responsible for the ongoing oversight and management of a team of Preferred’s application professionals. Frenia earned a bachelor’s degree from LeMoyne College and is a Certified Scrum Master by Scrum Alliance. He resides in Homer, NY.
