August 27, 2015Joint Leadership Development Training to Begin
The joint UAlbany School of Business-Siena College Leadership Advancement Series is set to launch October 27. To read more about it, please click here.
Participants will be able to hone their leadership skills by attending six monthly sessions that will cover these timely topics:
- The Leader Within
- Communicating for Success
- Making Effective Decisions and Leading Change
- Promoting Yourself and Your Organization
- Getting the Best Out of Your Employees
- Enabling Successful Strategies
Registration includes 30 hours of classroom instruction, all session materials, and refreshments.
