Richard J. Dewey, Executive Vice President, New York Independent System Operator (NYISO).

Rich Dewey is Executive Vice President of the New York Independent System Operator (NYISO). He is responsible for the oversight of Operations, Markets and Information Technology.

In his role as Executive Vice President he is responsible for overseeing the Operations group, which monitors the New York Control Area. As leader of the Markets Group, he also facilitates the competitive wholesale electricity markets. In addition he maintains oversight of the Information Technology Group, which is responsible for delivering IT products and services that evolve market and grid operations. Read his full bio.
