The Community Health Worker training model is designed to provide new community health worker staff with the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge to address a number of health needs in the community. Through ten training modules, participants will gain necessary core competencies and knowledge of the communities and populations they support.
This FREE training is offered to community health workers, care coordinators, service navigators and any health support staff who are dedicated to improving the health outcomes of their clientele.
