Jodi Conlan, MSN, AGNP has joined CapitalCare Pulmonary Medicine. Originally from Guilderland, Jodi Conlan earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from State University of New York at Brockport in Brockport, NY. She then went on to receive her Master’s Degree in Nursing from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, AL. She is a certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner and a certified Oncology Nurse. Jodi has a special interest in geriatrics and oncology. Jodi is part of multiple associations and societies; Oncology Nursing Society, America Association of Nurse Practitioners, and Golden Key International Honors Society.
